monobank's got no offices, which allows us not to spend money on maintaining them and helps us offer you the best service terms

By placing the cards in shops, we make it easier for our customers to get the monobank card. No more searching for the distribution points or arranging a delivery. Just take the card from a shelf next time you see it in a shop.

Frequently asked questions

• Some time ago, I began and never finished the onboarding. Can I resume with this card?

  Yes, great idea. The process will take you to the step you stopped at. After finishing the onboarding, you'll be able to activate the card. PLease remember to scan the QR code from the packaging.

• What happens if I don't scan the QR code?

  You'll be taken to the general onboarding flow ending with an offer to pick up the card at a distribution point. If this happens, you can scan the QR code after that to be take to the card activation step.

• Scanning the Qr code takes me to the browser, and nothing happens after that.

  Such issues can happen due to a particular smartphone model. Please contact the support team, we'll help you and remove the issue.

• I've already got the black card; do I need this one?

  If an existing customer scans the QR code, they'll be offered to have the card re-issued for 50 uah.

• I'm a registered customer, but I've never had the plastic card; can I scan this one?

  Yes! The card from a supermarket will fit the bill :)

• I've got the Platinum or IRON card; what happens if I buy the card?

  Premium service customers can downgrade only by contacting the support team. If you've bought the card in a shop, you can give to a friend, as you won't need it.
