Information for Customers of the Bank (natural persons) regarding the Bank's practices in reviewing Customer requests where they apply for acquisition or already use banking and other financial services of the Bank, as well as on Customer's demand

Warning about Terms and conditions at UNIVERSAL BANK SC regarding services in reation to the monobank | Universal Bank products (hereinafter, the Agreement)

By signing the Agreement, the Customer confirms his/her understanding of all the terms of the Agreement, particularly:

- failure to fulfil or improper fulfilment of his/her obligations under the Agreement may lead to application of enforcement actions as provided by the law and the Agreement, including penalty, and/or the bank may refuse to service the customer, and/or the bank may demand early repayment of arrears;
- deposits with automatic prolongation, where failure to submit a deposit withdrawal order at the time specified in the deposit application, will be prolonged for another term;
- the bank is not allowed to demand that a customer should buy any goods or services from the bank or any related to or affiliated with the bank entity as a mandatory term for provision of any servises (except for service packages);
- the customer may refuse to receive any advertising materials from the bank by means of telecommunication channels;
- the bank is not allowed to amend the Agreement at its own discretion, except where required by law or this Agreement.
